Charlie Abrams was born in Massachusetts, but moved to Maine at the age of 2. He was raised in Mechanic Falls on a farm until moving to Kennebunk where he went to high school. He then served 5 years in the U.S. Army. Charlie now resides in the town of Gray, Maine. Besides loving to watch sports, he also coached youth soccer for all three of his children for 10 years. He holds a position on the Gray Planning Board. He has been in the office furniture installation business since 1996, and in 2008 became a proud owner of Core Installations.
